Welcome to AI² Engineering. These Terms of Service govern your use of our website, application portals, and participation in the Engineering Intelligent Fellowship.

1. Program Eligibility and Application

By applying to the Engineering Intelligent Fellowship, you confirm that the information provided (including your background in Electronics Engineering) is accurate. We reserve the right to verify your educational and professional background.

2. Confidentiality & Non-Disclosure

As a fellow or applicant, you may gain access to proprietary systems, including BOM & Supply Chain Intelligence tools, and information regarding our global OEMs, CMs, and Semiconductor Brands. You agree to maintain strict confidentiality and not disclose any non-public business information without prior written consent.

3. Intellectual Property

Any code, processes, or AI-assisted engineering infrastructure developed during your participation in the Fellowship, or real projects undertaken with our partners, will remain the exclusive intellectual property of AI² Engineering, unless otherwise specified in a separate employment or fellowship agreement.

4. Compensation & Setup

The Engineering Intelligent Fellowship is a PAID opportunity. Specific compensation, flexible schedules, and remote/hybrid setups will be governed by the individual offer letter provided upon acceptance into the program.

We may share relevant technical profiles with our global manufacturing partners solely for the purpose of assigning you to "Real Projects" with "Real Impact" as advertised.
